Yes, the DEATHMAT™ is washable. remove the inner liner and the coconut fibre cushioning before washing. Hand wash the mat with mild soap and lukewarm water, Avoid machine washing or tumble drying, as this may damage the spikes. 

How soon will I feel the benefits?
